Description of design scheme of direct drinking water system

  1. The first-stage pretreatment system: using quartz sand multi-media filter, the main purpose is to remove the sediment, rust, colloidal substances, suspended solids and other particles contained in the source water that are harmful to the human body at a distance of more than 20 m. The system can automatically (manually) carry out a series of operations such as backwashing and positive washing.
  2. The second-stage pretreatment system: using a nut shell activated carbon filter, the purpose is to remove the pigment, odor, biochemical organic matter in the water, reduce the residual chlorine value of the water, pesticide pollution and other pollutants harmful to the human body. The system can automatically (manually) carry out a series of operations such as backwashing and positive washing.
  3. The third-stage pretreatment system: Use cation resin to soften water, mainly to reduce the hardness of water, remove calcium and magnesium ions (the main components of scale formation) in water, which can effectively prolong the service life of reverse osmosis membrane, and Intelligent resin regeneration is possible.
  4. The fourth-stage pretreatment system: using a 5um aperture precision filter to further purify the water and optimize the turbidity and chromaticity of the water. Ensure the water inlet conditions of the RO system, ensure the water quality of the equipment, and prolong the service life of the equipment.
  5. Reverse osmosis (ultrafiltration) equipment host: using reverse osmosis (ultrafiltration) technology for deep desalination treatment (imported reverse osmosis membrane from the United States) to remove calcium, magnesium, lead, mercury and other heavy metals and other impurities that are harmful to human body, reduce The hardness of the water and the desalination rate are over 99%, producing pure water that meets the national standard.
  6. Micro-filtration device: The installation of this device is mainly to prevent the particulate resin particles from being filtered out of the cloth water and cause secondary water pollution, which is mainly used in the occasions where the water quality is particularly high.
  7. Sterilization system: The ozone generator (or ultraviolet sterilizer) is used to reduce the secondary pollution of bacteria, and the sterilization rate can reach more than 99%. At the same time, ozone dissolves in water to form oxygen-enriched water to ensure the freshness of the water. A water-air mixer is used to fully mix ozone with water to achieve the best concentration ratio.

Inlet parameters of direct drinking water system

Source water: urban tap water, groundwater (water samples need to be tested), inlet water pressure > 0.3MPa, inlet water conductivity < 800us/cm; when inlet water conductivity > 800us/cm, it is recommended to use two-stage reverse osmosis.

2. Water standard: National first-level or second-level ultrapure water standard for electronic use

Adopt reverse osmosis method: source water tank → source water booster pump → multi-media filter → activated carbon filter → cation resin softener → precision filter → primary reverse osmosis (RO) system → ultraviolet sterilizer → water point
