1. Low-pressure flushing of reverse osmosis equipment

Regularly flushing the reverse osmosis equipment with large flow, low pressure, and low pH value is beneficial to strip off the dirt attached to the membrane surface and maintain the membrane performance, or when the reverse osmosis equipment enters the SDI suddenly When the rise exceeds 5.5 or more, low-pressure flushing should be carried out, and the machine should be turned on after the SDI value is adjusted to pass.

2. Outage protection of reverse osmosis equipment:

Due to fluctuations in production, frequent outages are inevitable. Protection measures must be taken for short-term or long-term outages. Improper treatment will cause membrane performance to decline and cannot be recovered. Short-term storage is suitable for systems that have been shut down for less than 15 days, and can be protected by low-pressure flushing every 1 to 3 days. Practice has found that when the water temperature is above 20°C, the water in the reverse osmosis equipment will stink and deteriorate after being stored for 3 days, and a large number of bacteria will multiply. Therefore, it is recommended that when the water temperature is higher than 20°C, it should be flushed once every 2 days or 1d with low pressure, and when the water temperature is lower than 20°C, it can be washed once every 3 days with low pressure. . Long-term shutdown protection is suitable for systems that have been shut down for more than 15 days. At this time, protection fluid (bactericide) must be filled into the reverse osmosis device of the water purification equipment for protection. The commonly used fungicide formula (composite film) is formaldehyde 10 (mass fraction), isothiazolone 20mg/L, sodium bisulfite 1 (mass fraction).

  6. Reverse osmosis system: The reverse osmosis device uses sufficient pressure to separate the solvent (usually water) in the solution through the reverse osmosis membrane (or semi-permeable membrane), because this process is opposite to the direction of natural osmosis, so called reverse osmosis.
