1. Brief introduction of Iron remove filter device

Iron remove filter device is to remove iron in raw water. Iron in ferrous state (Fe2+) is soluble, if it is oxidized to its ferric state (Fe3+), it is insoluble and can foul RO membrane. Beside that, high iron concentration in raw water can rust pump, piping and other iron components.
The majority of the water extracted from the deep wells will carry iron, mud, particulate matter, odor, can not be used directly, we do a good understanding of the well water in rural areas, the fundamental solution to the problem of the smell of water, the use of well water filter provide to family a healthy environment.
The filter is assembled by FRP tanks or carbon steel tanks, multi port filter control valve, distributor and filling material. Backwash modes could be manual multi port valve or automatic pre-set multi port valve or PLC control.
