Sichuan Deyanghaohua Qingping Phosphate rock Co,,LTD produce 300,000T/Y sulfuric acid and 200,000T phosphoric acid, the waste water during the production become the most important issue to solve. What’s more, environmental regulations becomes more stringent, power generators need suitable solutions that meet specific water quality requirements to ensure consistent processes and production, and they want to reuse this waste water to feed for their steam boiler.

Qualidade da água de alimentação	The feed water for this project is waste water during the production and the users have done the primary treatment for this waste water, and the output water use to feed for their steam boiler
Capacidade:	50TPH of total output water, 40TPH of condensate water recovery rate.
Qualidade da água de saída:	Conductivity: less than 0.2us/cm Total hardness: less then 2.0umol/l SiO2: Less than 20ug/l PH: 8.8~9.3
Processo técnico:	Pre-treatment equipment + UF equipment+ reverse osmosis (RO) equipment +Mixed bed
